TERMS & CONDITIONS
CONTRACT
This contract is entered into between AR CREATIVES and the client(s). It remains in effect throughout the duration of the project and covers all services provided by AR CREATIVES, including but not limited to photography, videography, event setups, and any other agreed-upon deliverables as discussed prior to project confirmation. This agreement also outlines limitations of liability for AR CREATIVES, and it is the responsibility of the client(s) to review and understand all aspects of the contract.
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required upfront upon agreement to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This deposit secures and confirms the scheduled shoot date with AR CREATIVES. Please note that under all circumstances, this deposit is non-reimbursable.
PAYMENT
An upfront deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due no later than one week prior to the scheduled shoot. All payments made to AR CREATIVES are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Failure to complete the full payment before the event may result in contract termination and cancellation of event coverage.
CLIENT
The client(s) are responsible for providing all necessary information and details during the inquiry phase to ensure the project runs smoothly as planned. This includes, but is not limited to, the event time, date, location, contact name, phone number, and email address, which must be communicated to AR CREATIVES.
RIGHTS
AR CREATIVES retains full rights to all photos and videos produced. Clients may request to purchase the rights to these materials, subject to mutual agreement between both parties. Any unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action by AR CREATIVES without prior notice, and all associated costs will be the responsibility of the client. This includes all behind-the-scenes content captured before, during, and after the photoshoot session.
POSTING
AR CREATIVES reserves the right to use any photo(s) and/or video(s) for promotional and advertising purposes, both online and offline. This includes, but is not limited to, use in advertisements, websites, articles, magazines, and other related forms of publication to promote the business.
PRODUCT DELIVERABLES
All parties acknowledge and agree that soft copies of the edited photos from the event coverage will be delivered within 1 to 3 months after the event. Delivery of videos and hard copy products will require a production timeline of approximately 2 to 5 months. Any changes to the estimated delivery timeline will depend on AR CREATIVES' current schedule and will be communicated to the client periodically, especially within 2 to 3 days before the end of the expected timeline.
CANCELLATION
AR CREATIVES reserves the right to terminate the contract in the event of late payment, failure to provide necessary information, or any breach of the agreed terms within the duration of the contract. Should the client wish to cancel the contract, all deposit made are non-reimbursable.
CREATIVE LOOKS AND ALL RELATED PRODUCTS
All images and/or videos will be edited and finalized according to AR CREATIVES' standard product specifications and visual style. Soft copies will be delivered in high-resolution JPEG and MP4 formats only. Should the client request RAW files, they may be made available for purchase. The total cost will be determined by AR CREATIVES, and the RAW files will be released only upon full payment.
PACKAGE(S)
All agreements regarding the selected package and corresponding price list must be finalized prior to submitting the deposit. Any additional work or extra packages requested on the day of the shoot are not permitted unless pre-approved by AR CREATIVES.
AR CREATIVES reserves the right to decline any last-minute additions. If AR CREATIVES agrees to proceed with such requests, they may provide a custom quote outside of the standard price list, which must be fully agreed upon and paid by the client before any work begins. These charges will be reflected on the invoice and must be settled in full before the client receives all deliverables.
TECHNICAL
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond AR CREATIVES' control—such as memory card or storage disk corruption or failure—it is understood and agreed by all parties, especially the client, that they bear the associated risk. Any resolution regarding such issues will be handled collaboratively between the client and AR CREATIVES.
AR CREATIVES commits to providing accurate, transparent information concerning the condition and guarantees of our goods and services. We will also explain proper use, repair, and maintenance procedures. Furthermore, we guarantee the quality of goods and services in accordance with applicable standards and will offer compensation, indemnity, or reimbursement if the delivered goods or services do not meet the agreed-upon standards.
All parties involved in this contract acknowledge that the terms and conditions, including all articles and content, may be updated periodically at the discretion of AR CREATIVES.
